Air Fryer French Toast Sticks: A Crispy, Sweet Breakfast Treat
If you’re craving a delicious and easy breakfast, Air Fryer French Toast Sticks are the perfect solution. Not only do they offer a fun twist on a classic, but they also deliver a crispy exterior with a soft, fluffy interior. Made with simple ingredients and cooked to perfection in your air fryer, these French toast sticks are the ideal choice for busy mornings or leisurely weekends.
Easy and Quick to Prepare
One of the main advantages of making French toast sticks in the air fryer is the speed. Compared to traditional frying, the air fryer reduces cooking time significantly while also cutting down on oil, which means less mess. To prepare, simply dip your bread in a cinnamon-spiced egg mixture. Then, place it in the air fryer basket and let it cook. Within minutes, you’ll have perfectly golden and crispy French toast sticks.
Customise to Your Taste
Once your French toast sticks are cooked, the fun part begins! You can serve them with a variety of toppings. For a classic touch, drizzle with maple syrup. Alternatively, add a dusting of powdered sugar or top with fresh fruit for an extra burst of flavour. If you’re feeling indulgent, a dollop of whipped cream or a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar can elevate the dish even further.
