Air Fryer Injera Chips and Kachumbari Salsa Dip – East African Recipe

Ingredients

 

1 Injera bread
1 tbsp avocado oil
1/8 tsp salt

Spicy Salsa Recipe
2 large tomatoes (peeled and chopped)
1 small green spicy pepper (finely diced, remove seeds if you desire)
1/2 medium white onion (finely diced)
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
Salt, to taste
1 tbsp avocado oil
1 cloves garlic (crushed)

 

Instructions

1. Start your Injera chips by, preheating the air fryer to 200°C
2. Cut the injera bread into small triangles and place directly into the air fryer.
3. Lightly coat them with oil and salt and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
4. In a small bowl, mix together the salsa ingredients.
5. Serve the air fryer injera chips with the spicy salsa dip on the side.
