Crispy Cajun Spiced Protein Pulses

Ingredients

  • 150g cooked chickpeas
  • 100g cooked lentils
  • 50g pumpkin seeds
  • 4 tbsp Tamari
  • 4 tbsp Nutritional yeast
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse chickpeas and the lentils (no need to dry) and add to a bowl with all the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
  2. Transfer the mix to the air fryer basket.
  3. Air Fry at 180°C for 15 minutes.
  4. Once cooked, leave to cool and enjoy!
