FREE Standard Delivery

All Standard Delivery parcels are sent via courier service we aim for this to take between 3-5 working days to arrive. Order to Northern Ireland can take up to 7 working days to arrive. Unfortunately we have been affected by delays in shipping and we apologise for any delays you might experience. If you have not received your delivery after 7 working days, please contact UKsupport@instantpot.com FREE Standard Delivery applies to the majority of UK mainland postcodes.

*Please note: If purchasing an accessory or more than one item within the same order, items may be delivered as separate parcels.

**We do not deliver to the Channel Islands, the Faroe Islands or Europe.

Returns

Returning your product because you’ve changed your mind

Customers wishing to return non-faulty goods must arrange (at their own expense) to return the goods in a saleable condition (unused and in original packaging including all labels and tags) within 14 days of purchase. To request a return and obtain the return delivery address, please contact us via the Contact Us form or email UKsupport@instantpot.com. The Customer Care team will give you a unique case reference. Please write this clearly on the packaging or label so that we can identify the return as yours. Once received and checked, we will issue a full refund.

Returning a faulty item

If your product develops a fault, please contact us via our Contact Us form or email us at UKsupport@instantpot.com.

In your email, please include the following information:

  • Short explanation of the problem, including photos or video where applicable
  • Your Order ID and/or copy of your receipt
  • Photo of the silver sticker on the back of your product
  • Your name, address, e-mail address and contact phone number

All non-disposable items are fully guaranteed for a period of 12 months. Please see the relevant product insert for details.

This Warranty extends only to the original purchaser, use of the appliance in the UK and EU and must be purchased by an authorised distributor of Instant Brands. This warranty does not cover appliance use outside of the UK and EU.

Costco – The Gourmet range is an exclusive selection of cookers sold exclusively in Costco, due to this exclusivity all requests for returns should be made directly to point of purchase.

Promotional Free Gift

Product/s that were purchased and delivered with a promotional Free Gift must be returned with that Free Gift to receive a full refund for the original item purchased. Failure to do this will result in the full Price of the gift being withheld from the refund.

Bundle Offers

Bundle products are considered as a single unit under our returns policy.
Returns of individual items from the bundle will not be accepted. The whole bundle would need to be returned for a full refund.
