Delivery

As of 16th March 2026, we have discontinued online sales through our website. All orders placed prior to this date will be processed and shipped via courier. Whilst we aim to deliver within 2-3 days of your order date, please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive. Orders to Northern Ireland can take up to 7 working days to arrive. If you have purchased an accessory or more than one item within the same order, items may be delivered as separate parcels.

Cancelling Your Order

To cancel your order, please contact us via our Contact Us form or reach out to UKsupport@instantpot.com. If your order has already been shipped, our Customer Care team will advise the best action but we may be unable to cancel the delivery. If your order has already been delivered, please refer to the ‘Returning your product because you’ve changed your mind’ section below.

Returns

Returning your product because you’ve changed your mind

Customers wishing to return non-faulty goods must arrange (at their own expense) to return the goods in a saleable condition (unused and in original packaging including all labels and tags) within 30 days of receiving your order. To request a return and obtain the return delivery address, please contact us via the Contact Us form or email UKsupport@instantpot.com. The Customer Care team will give you a unique case reference. Please write this clearly on the packaging or label so that we can identify the return as yours. Once received and checked, we will issue a full refund.

Please note we are unable to accept returns for purchases via our retail partners.

Returning a faulty item

If your product develops a fault, please contact us via our Contact Us form or email us at UKsupport@instantpot.com.

In your email, please include the following information:

  • Short explanation of the problem, including photos or video where applicable
  • Your Order ID and/or copy of your receipt
  • Photo of the silver sticker on the back of your product
  • Your name, address, e-mail address and contact phone number

All non-disposable items are fully guaranteed for a period of 12 months. Please see the relevant product insert for details.

This Warranty extends only to the original purchaser, use of the appliance in the UK and EU and must be purchased by an authorised distributor of Instant Pot Brands. This warranty does not cover appliance use outside of the UK and EU.

Conditions of Return

Promotional Free Gift

Product/s that were purchased and delivered with a promotional Free Gift provided by Instant Pot must be returned with that Free Gift to receive a full refund for the original item purchased. Failure to do this will result in the full Price of the gift being withheld from the refund.

Bundle Offers

Bundle products are considered as a single unit under our returns policy.
Returns of individual items from the bundle will not be accepted. The whole bundle would need to be returned for a full refund.
