Please note that registering your product is not a warranty claim in itself. If you are experiencing issues with your product, please use the Contact Us form or email uksupport@instantpot.com

Registering your Instant Pot purchase links your product with proof of ownership. Registration is quick and easy, and we recommend uploading your proof of purchase documentation to allow us to better serve you. Just a couple of steps and you're done! Failure to complete and return the card or form does not diminish your warranty rights.

Be sure to save the original purchase receipt or e-receipt.

Product information

The model name/number and date code are located on the silver, rectangular sticker found on the back of the product. The date code is located on the bottom right-hand side of the rectangular sticker and is either a series of 7 characters or a 4-digit number, i.e. A2419CU or 1812. If your product does not provide a serial number, please only input the date code from the rectangular sticker.

  • An image or screenshot of your purchase receipt, displaying the date of purchase
  • An image of the silver, rectangular sticker located on the back of your product
