Ingredients
- 450g Brussels Sprouts
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 1 garlic clove
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the brussels sprouts in a large bowl, and toss with the olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Select Roast at 190°C for 12 minutes. Press Start.
- Once the air fryer shows Add Food, open the basket and place the brussels sprouts.
- Close the air fryer basket.
- Once the air fryer shows Turn Food, flip the brussels sprouts with tongs.
- Close the basket to continue cooking.
- Once the cooking cycle ends, remove the basket, and place the brussels sprouts in a large bowl.
- Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of oil, the balsamic vinegar, and the honey over the roasted brussels sprouts. Toss to coat evenly. Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary.
Notes
Chef’s tip: If you have some brussels sprouts that are very large, cut them into quarters. They should all be cut about the same size to ensure even cooking.
