  • 250G basmati rice
  • 250ml water


  1. Combine the rice and water in the inner pot.
  2. Lock the lid into place. Select Rice/Pressure Cook, adjust to High, and set the time to 6 minutes.
  3. When the cooking program has finished, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then switch to quick release for the remaining pressure.
  4. Unlock and remove the lid. Fluff the rice with a fork, and serve immediately.
