Ingredients

  • 200g sweet potato
  • 65g vegan butter
  • 100g chocolate, broken into small pieces
  • 75ml water
  • 75g self raising flour
  • 150g sugar
  • 30g cornflour

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the sweet potato into small bite sized pieces. Air Fry at 160°C for 15 minutes.
  2. Melt the butter over a bain-marie. Once almost melted, add in half the chocolate and the Once fully melted, take off the heat and add in the cooked sweet potato, then blend until super smooth.
