Crispy onion rings
2 Small onions, thinly sliced
50g flour
1 tsp garlic powder

15g grated parmesan
3 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp whole grain mustard
2 tbsp plain yoghurt

400g Steak
60g Rocket
Foccacia, sliced in half
Oil, salt, pepper as needed


1. Separate the onion slices into rings, discarding the small circular centres. Drizzle over a little oil, and lightly massage so each ring is coated.
2. Mix the flour and garlic powder together, then toss the onion rings in the flour so they each have a thin layer.
3. Air Fry for 20minutes at 120°C, so they are light browned and crispy. (They will crisp up further as they cool.)
4. Meanwhile, combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
5. Rub your steak in oil and season with salt and pepper, then Air Fry for 8 minutes at 205°C (medium rare) Cook your steak for longer if you prefer it more well done. Once cooked, leave for 2 minutes to rest before slicing.
6. Assemble your sandwich by generously spreading over the sauce, then add your sliced steak, rocket, cripsy onions and serve.
