Crispy Tofu Made Easy with the Vortex Plus
The air fryer ensures the tofu achieves the perfect golden crispness with minimal oil, making it a lighter yet equally satisfying alternative to traditional deep-frying. This means you can enjoy the same delicious crunch while keeping it healthier. Once the tofu is crispy, it’s ready to be tossed in the signature Manchurian sauce that elevates this dish to another level of flavour.
The Secret is in the Sauce
The Manchurian sauce is where all the magic happens. A harmonious mix of soy, chilli, garlic, ginger, and a touch of sweetness creates a robust flavour profile that complements the crispy tofu perfectly. To make it even more enticing, you can add freshly chopped spring onions and coriander for a vibrant, aromatic finish. Additionally, this sauce is easy to customise—spice it up or tone it down depending on your preference.
