BBQ Peri Peri Chicken


  • 2 small chicken fillets
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 4-5 tbs Nandos Smokey BBQ marinade
  • 2 tbs Nandos Peri Peri rub
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • Salt to taste


  1. Make marinade with Smokey BBQ, peri peri rub, chilli powder, chilli flakes, garlic paste and salt.
  2. Coat chicken fillets and leave for few hours or overnight to marinate.
  3. Select AIR FRY on your Vortex and set the time for 12 mins and the temperature to 180 °C, and press start.
  4. Add food when prompted and turn at halfway.
  5. Enjoy hot!
