Buffalo Air Fryer Chicken Wings

Ingredients

Wings seasoning

  • 1 Kg Chicken wings
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 Tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking powder
  • Salt to taste

Sauce

  • 148 ml hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tsp chilli flakes
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic powder

Garnish

  • Spring onion
  • Coriander

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the wings, and then pat them dry.
  2. Add all the listed seasonings to the wings, give it a mix and leave to marinate for a few hours.
  3. Select Air Fry and set the temperature to 196 °c and the time for 20 minutes.
  4. When prompted, add the chicken wings to the cooking chamber, leaving space between each wing.
  5. Brush some oil on each and leave to cook in the Vortex.
  6. Meanwhile, make the sauce by adding all the listed sauce ingredients to a pan and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.
  7. Once the wings are finished, add to a bowl and pour the sauce on top, coating every wing evenly in the sauce.
  8. Garnish with spring onions and coriander.
