Ingredients

  • 250 ml water
  • Multiple eggs on trivet

Instructions

  1. Pour the water inside the inner pot, and carefully place in the eggs on the trivet inside.
  2. Programme Low Pressure for 1 minutes, followed by 1 and 1/2 minutes of Natural Pressure Release and then Quick Release any remaining pressure.
  3. Remove from the Instant Pot and place into a bowl of ice water for a few minutes, then peel and enjoy!

Notes

Serving Suggestion:
Serve on Smashed avocado (with lemon juice, salt and pepper) on sourdough toast with half cherry tomatoes and chopped chives over the top.
